Principals Rajesh Kapileshwari, Guillermo Quintanilla, and Cesar Gonzalez, formed Ethos Engineering in the spring of 2014. The entire team, including design professionals, drafting staff, and office manager, have worked together for more than 12 years, and is still intact as the new Ethos Engineering team. This shared experience makes us a cohesive, high performance team, focused on efficient execution through strictly defined roles and procedures. Ethos Engineering is certified by the State of Texas and State of North Carolina as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB).In addition to the normal MEP experience, Ethos specializes in implementing full-service, MEP engineering, and energy programs that include the assessment, development, coordination and execution of projects tailored to your needs. Most engineering companies work only through Architects. Our advantage is our experience of developing projects independently as Prime Consultants, from conception through procurement and construction, with continued involvement after the building has been occupied. In the past 3 years Ethos Engineering has designed over 100 projects, ranging from new schools and high performance buildings to large and small renovations, in the Valley and across the state. Ethos Engineering is currently providing Prime-Consultant services for MEP renovation projects at several school districts (Brownsville, Los Fresnos, Harlingen, Hidalgo, La Joya, etc.), the Valley International Airport, and Cameron County. We have experience in the health care, transportation, institutional, municipal, commercial and industrial sectors, but our expertise is in the k12 and higher education. Ethos Engineering Principal (Rajesh Kapileshwari, PE) has been the Engineer of Record for over 3 dozen higher-education facilities including UTB, UTPA, TSTC, STC, Our Lady of the Lake in the Rio Grande Valley, and several universities and colleges across the state of Texas. About half of the projects were implemented as the MEP prime-consultant. Energy efficiency and sustainable designs, as well as client satisfaction, have always been our forte. Rajesh Kapileshwari has been a LEED Accredited Professional for over a decade and worked on several very high profile projects, including the Austin City Hall (LEED Gold), Austin Emergency 911 Center (LEED Silver), Valley Nature Center (awaiting LEED Silver), and Armstrong Foundation (LEED Gold). We have managed complex projects with compressed schedules and tight budgets, and made them a success. With a staff of 13 professionals, Ethos has the ability to implement multiple projects simultaneously. To assure top notch experience, the three Principals of Ethos (Rajesh Kapileshwari, PE, Guillermo Quintanilla and Cesar Gonzalez, PE) are personally involved with every project. We listen to our clients’ needs to provide an integrated and collaborative approach to project implementation. At Ethos Engineering, we do not celebrate one successful project. Our quality control guidelines assure that! Our true measure of achievement is maintaining a long-term partnership with our Clients.
