For the majority of the projects our most experienced Project Manager Rajesh Kapileshwari, PE, LEED AP leads a team of two design professionals - Cesar Gonzalez, PE and Guillermo Quintanilla. Porfirio Mireles, and Chris Garza provide engineering design and BIM services. Jesus Martinez, Ryan Gilnack, and Raul Espinoza assist as MEP designers. Mark Warren, PE is our Commissioning Authority, Marcos Rios is our Construction Administrator and Diane Looper is in charge of document control and accounting. Highlights of Qualifications

Cesar has over 16 years of experience in the Engineering Design of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems serving educational facilities such as Community Colleges, Universities, and K-12 Schools. Among other skills, he specializes in the engineering construction coordination and commissioning.

Cesar is experienced in the simulation and modeling of system energy performance, thermodynamic and mechanical load analysis and calculation.

At Ethos he is responsible for MEP engineering design, planning, coordination, and management. He is in charge of the mechanical and plumbing design production, including BIM coordination. He ensures that engineering design is applied in compliance with construction codes, in a sustainable and cost effective manner.

Cesar is committed to his profession. He has grown in the MEP Engineering industry at the very basics, followed by assisting Projects' Engineers of Record, then practicing Licensed Engineering, and to finally becoming part of the Ethos Engineering Management team.


ACR Engineering- Harlingen, TX 2006-2014 Starting as Graduate Engineer, he functioned as CAD operator performing drafting tasks and basic calculation activities. With time and experience gained, he became a Mechanical Designer, in charge of generating HVAC and Plumbing plans and documents suitable for cost estimation and construction ability coordination activities. He rapidly became qualified to perform building heat load analysis, design of HVAC systems and design of thermal plants. He also functioned as lead design engineer, engineer of record, and supervisor of the production of mechanical design.
